Water not circulating or pumpingUpdated 2 years ago

First off, remember to double-check the water pump arrow's direction, ensuring it faces the water chiller for a direct inflow into the system.

Issue:

If your water is not circulating in the Deep Dive Wellness plunge bath and the pump is not turning on, the most likely problem is air trapped in the hoses. This hinders proper water flow to the pump, preventing circulation from starting.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the outlet hose from the water pump and place it on the floor or in a bucket temporarily until circulation is fixed.

2. Ensure that the chiller is positioned at ground level, with the water level in the plunge bath higher than the chiller's filter. Do not elevate the chiller above ground level, as it will impede water flow.

To fix the circulation, follow these steps:

1. Turn on the chiller and ensure that the pump's power cord is connected to the chiller. Confirm that the valve on the plunge bath is in the open position and that the hose connected to the filter is attached to the bottom valve of the plunge bath.

2. Open the small valve on the filter to release excess air, allowing water to flow into the chiller. Close the filter valve once the filter is filled with water or water is coming out of the small filter valve.

3. Water will now enter the system, and the pump should start running, creating water circulation.

4. Once water consistently flows out of the pump's outlet hose, reattach the hose to the plunge bath to enable continuous circulation.

5. Confirm that the water is flowing, and set the desired temperature on the chiller display.

If your pump is still not running (check by feeling if it is vibrating), please do the following:

1. Unscrew the pump and prime it with water. Keep the pump's power cord connected to the chiller and submerge it in a bucket of water while the chiller is turned on. It should start running. Once it is running, unplug it and reattach it to the chiller. The pump's water sensor may need priming to start functioning properly for the first time.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, please email us a video of your setup to [email protected] while the pump and chiller are on. This will help us identify the problem and provide further troubleshooting assistance.
